The company are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational individual with experience in telesales and managing a telesales team
You will be responsible for a team of telesales advisors selling advertising and events. Your responsibilities will include driving performance against set targets as well as managing individuals through call volumes, sales per hour targets, productivity and quality.
Key accountabilities of this role include leading and managing a team as well as being able to inspire and motivate the team to achieve weekly new sales targets.
